AI Training & Team Enablement

Your Team Doesn't Need More AI Tools. They Need to Know How to Use Them.

Practical, hands-on AI training for business owners and teams everywhere. You'll leave knowing what to ask, what to trust, and how to save real time every week.

The Problem We Solve

Most businesses already pay for AI. A few people use it well, most avoid it, and nobody is sure what's safe to share. The result is wasted subscriptions, uneven work, and quiet worry about getting it wrong. Training turns that uncertainty into a shared skill.

What's Included

  • Team Workshops. Live, hands-on sessions built around your actual work, not generic demos.
  • The R.A.C.E. Prompt Method. A simple, repeatable way to get useful answers: Role, Action, Context, End Format.
  • Safe-Use Guidelines. Clear rules on what information can and can't go into AI tools, written for your business.
  • Role-Based Playbooks. Ready-to-use prompts for sales, admin, operations, and customer service.
  • Leadership Briefing. A focused session to help owners and managers decide where AI belongs and where it doesn't.

What Changes for Your Team

Who It's For

Small and mid-size businesses, nonprofits, and leadership teams who want their people confident with AI, not just exposed to it.

Mark Flagg

About the Trainer

Mark Flagg teaches AI to real people every week, from business teams to community workshops at public libraries. His approach is simple: meet people where they are, use plain language, and practice on real work.

"I help people see who they could become with AI."

Where this can help your business

These are illustrative workflows, not client testimonials or measured results. Your project starts with the process you actually need to improve.

Illustrative workflow

Safe AI use

Possible system: Everyone follows the same safe-use guidelines, reducing risk and building confidence.

How we define your project

  1. 1. Understand the workflow

Describe the task, your existing tools, the people involved and where work gets delayed or repeated.

  2. 2. Agree on the scope

Confirm the use case, deliverables, access requirements, fees and acceptance criteria in a separate engagement agreement.

  3. 3. Build and review

Plan the integration, test representative inputs and identify the decisions that need human review. Testing and handover requirements belong in the agreed scope.

  4. 4. Plan the handover

Agree on account ownership, documentation, support responsibilities and any ongoing service or software charges before work begins.

What to bring to the first conversation

  • Your team size and the roles you want to train.
  • The AI tools you already pay for or are considering.
  • Two or three tasks where your team spends the most time on drafts, summaries, or repeat questions.

Describe the workflow without uploading passwords, customer records or sensitive documents through the inquiry form. Access and project-data handling can be discussed when scope is agreed.

Questions before you commit

How much does AI Training & Team Enablement cost?

There is no standard price published for this service. Scope, deliverables and fees are defined in a separate engagement agreement. The number of workflows, integrations, data sources and review steps are useful details to discuss when requesting a quote. Ask for software subscriptions and ongoing service charges to be identified separately.

How long will implementation take?

There is no fixed delivery time published. Timing depends on the agreed scope, tool access, data readiness and testing requirements. Request the proposed milestones and dependencies before approving an engagement.

Who owns the system, and what support is included?

Work-product rights are defined in your engagement agreement. Confirm ownership of accounts and credentials, documentation, handover and any ongoing support before work begins. The website does not promise an included maintenance plan for every project.

Does automation remove the need for human review?

No. A workflow should identify the actions it can perform and the decisions that remain with your team. AI-generated answers and extracted data need an appropriate review process; they are not a guarantee of accuracy or business results.
